Payments will be made primarily through PayPal in USD (US Dollar). Please contact the artist if you have an alternate method.

Rush orders have rush fees (a percent of the original price) depending on how many days the commissioner wants it to be finished within:
a) 2 weeks +50%
b) 5 days or less +100%

Rude or unsavory behavior on the part of the commissioner are grounds for cancellation.

Commissions work on a waitlist basis. As such, commissions that were given first will take priority, so on and so forth.
The commission queue is sorted by priority.

If any of the terms are violated, the artist reserves the right to blacklist the commissioner and never take commissions from them ever again. They will also be reported, and, depending on the severity of the violation, will be uploaded on other social media networks in the form of a BEWARE post or be asked for monetary compensation for damages done to the artist. If the violator refuses to answer to the damages done, legal aid may be called upon on the artist’s behalf.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the original artwork. The commissioner is not allowed to use the artwork for anything other than personal use unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

As the owner of the artwork's rights, I reserve the right to use it to promote myself, my sales, and my social media accounts, as well as the right to upload it wherever I see fit.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to claim the artwork as their own. This includes removing the watermark on the artwork. In cases where the watermark does not show (e.g. the artwork was cropped to be used as an icon or other), the commissioner must find a way to credit the artist nonetheless.

The commissioner has permission to re-upload the artwork on their social media accounts, or have it printed for personal use. In this case, the artist must be credited and the watermark must stay intact.

The commissioner is NOT allowed to heavily alter the artwork. Some alterations, such as cropping or applying filters, are allowed.

If the commissioner asks for a sketch or a line art, only the commissioner has the right to trace over or color in the artwork. It may not be handed over to another artist to "finish." Again, credit must be provided to the artist and the watermark must stay intact.

Purchasing commercial rights comes with a 300% fee of the original price. This allows the commissioner to use the artwork in any way, shape, or form that they like, with the following exceptions.
In other words, under no circumstances can the commissioner:
a) use the commissioned piece as or for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-based technologies.
b) use the commission in a way that will dishonor or disrespect the artist.
c) claim the artwork as their own.
d) remove the artwork's watermark.
e) not credit the artist.
f) purchase the artwork to feed it into AI-learning software of any kind.

The commissioner is expected to pay at least 50% down payment of the total price, before the artist proceeds with their commission. The artist will NOT proceed with the commission if this down payment is not fulfilled within 14 days of the invoice being sent.

After paying the initial 50%, the commissioner has the option to pay the full price before or after the artwork's completion.

The commissioner has a maximum of 7 days (1 week) to pay the full price after the artwork's completion. Any exception to this rule must be previously discussed and agreed upon by both the artist and the client.

All commissions will be fulfilled with an invoice, or in the case of Ko-Fi, a receipt. Payment without an invoice will not be acknowledged. The commissioner is encouraged to send a proof of payment to the artist.

Refunds will only be provided if the commissioner cancels during the EARLY stages of progress (sketch, clean-up, pre-line art). Otherwise, there will be no refunds granted, even if the commissioner cancels their order.

If the artist cancels the commission due to their inability to complete it, a FULL refund will be given.

The artist is open to negotiations regarding prices, but a minimum will be provided in the samples section so as to retain the integrity of the artist's services.

The commissioner may contact the artist on their social media accounts at any time of day. Please give the artist time to respond, as they may be occupied, when the message is sent.

Requesting for exceptions on any of the rules mentioned in the terms of service may be discussed with the artist first. The artist reserves all right to decline if they think the request is unreasonable and not made on valid grounds.

The commissioner MUST provide either of the following before ordering a commission:
a) A reference sheet or reference photos for the character(s) / setting(s) that they are asking for, as well as additional images for poses, backgrounds, sceneries, etc.
b) A detailed description of the character / setting that they are asking for, as well as additional details for poses, backgrounds, sceneries, etc.
An exception to this rule can be made if the artist is already familiar with the characters in the request.

WIPs (Works in Progress) will be sent at each stage (sketch, line art, flats) to the commissioner for confirmation.

The time of completion of the artwork may reach up to 2-3 months due to the artist's present health conditions and busy schedule. Please be patient as the artist will do everything in their power to deliver the artwork in no more than 4 months.

Major edits or revisions (e.g. poses, outfits, character model, etc.) must be done during the sketch approval stage. Any major edits requested afterwards may incur an additional cost depending on the artist's progress on the specific artwork.
a) If the commissioner wants an exception to this rule, they must be prepared to pay at least 30% and at most 70% of the original price for the edits. The fees will vary depending on the amount and complexity of changes to be made.

Minor edits such as color tuning may be done during the coloring stage.

NO revisions will be made after the artwork is complete.

If the artist commits an error (with proper proof and basis), the artist will make any appropriate change with no additional cost.

Finished commissions will be sent to the commissioner's email. All commissions are digital and will not be physically shipped.
